“No, we were not lovers.” Damien snapped, clearly pissed off by the very notion as his eyes flashed red, but reverted as he contained himself. “She has tried in the past, but I never entertained the idea, nor did I allow her to think she stood a chance. I made my feelings towards her known, from the beginning.” He explained to me, shaking his head softly. He turned back to face the recreants and looked at Hanna. “Where will you be going now?”
